Crab Camembert Bread
Crab Camembert Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 to 8 oz.) can crab meat, 8 to 9 oz. camembert cheese, 1/2 c. butter, 2 tbsp. minced parsley and 1 clove garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Drain crab and flake.
Remove cheese rind and cut into chunks. Melt butter in a saucepan; add cheese, parsley, garlic and basil, on medium heat until blended; stir constantly.
Fold in crab.
Cut bread in half lengthwise and dig out small ditch in center of bread.
Spread in crab/cheese mixture (mushrooms are optional). Place on a baking sheet.
Brown 5 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Slice in 1/2-inch pieces and serve immediately.
Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
