Crab and Artichoke Au Gratin
Crab And Artichoke Au Gratin is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced, 1 shallot, minced, 1/2 c. finely chopped celery, 2 tbsp. butter and 1 c. light cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In large skillet saute mushrooms, shallots and celery in butter.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix mayonnaise and cream with crab in bowl.
Stir in eggs, sherry and artichokes.
Add mushrooms to crab mixture.
Pour mixture into individual serving shells or au gratin dishes.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Bake 30 minutes.
