Country Style Steak
Country Style Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 cube steaks, 2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. pepper, 1/2 c. flour and 1 medium onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix flour, salt and pepper together.
Roll each steak in flour mixture.
Preheat a skillet on medium-high heat and brown steaks on each side.
Remove steaks from pan and place in a baking dish. With remaining flour, make a gravy in the drippings using the water as liquid.
Add cream of mushroom soup to gravy and pour over steaks.
Place sliced onion over steaks; cover with foil. Bake in a 400Β° oven for 1 hour.
Yields 6 servings.
