Country Steak
Country Steak is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large round steak, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 soup can water and extra mushrooms (fresh or canned), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cut steak into serving pieces.
Dredge in flour and pound with back of butcher knife or use a meat mallet.
Brown on both sides in small amount of hot oil.
Remove meat to a platter and drain excess fat from pan.
Turn heat to low.
Return meat to pan and cover with mushrooms and soup and water mixture.
Cover pan with lid and simmer for 35 to 45 minutes or until meat is tender. Great served with mashed potatoes.
