Corn Puff
Corn Puff is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, 1 tbsp. butter or margarine, 2 tbsp. flour, 1/4 tbsp. pepper and 2 eggs (separate), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Drain corn, reserving liquid.
Add enough milk to measure 1 cup.
In saucepan, melt butter; blend in flour and pepper.
Add reserved liquid.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Stir in corn and beaten egg yolks.
Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into corn mixture; pour into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
