Corn Pudding
Corn Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. corn (fresh or canned), 1/3 c. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 2 eggs, beaten and 2 c. half and half, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

To corn, add sugar and salt; stir well.
Mix the beaten eggs and milk together.
Pour mixture into the corn.
Add the melted butter.
Mix thoroughly and spoon the mixture into a well buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Set the casserole into a pan of hot water and set this into a 350Β° oven for 35 to 40 minutes until set.
Test inserting a clean knife into the center of the pudding.
If it comes out clean, it's done.
