Cut grains of corn from the cob.
Scrape.
Mash some grains with a potato masher or in a blender.
(This helps to intensify corn flavor.)
Mix egg yolks with corn.
Add flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
Beat egg whites, but not dry.
Fold in corn mixture.
