Corn Flake Chocolate Chips
Corn Flake Chocolate Chips is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/3 c. sifted flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 c. Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Grease 2 cookie sheets.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt onto wax paper.
Beat butter and sugar and brown sugar in large bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy.
Beat in water, egg and vanilla.
Gradually stir in flour mixture.
Gently stir in chocolate morsels and corn flakes.
Drop mixture by heaping teaspoonfuls 1 inch apart onto prepared cookie sheets.
Bake in oven for 5 minutes or until cookies are set and golden brown.
Cool on cookie sheets several minutes.
Transfer to wire rack; cool completely.
Store in tightly covered container.
