Corn Custard
Corn Custard is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn, thawed, 2 c. milk, 3 eggs, 1/4 c. butter, melted and 2 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Put all ingredients into blender except half of the corn. Cover and blend until smooth.
Put the remainder of the corn in the bottom of a greased baking dish (9 x 12-inch or similar). Pour your mixture over the top of the corn and place this pan into another pan filled with hot water.
Bake for 1 hour at 350Β° or until knife comes out clean.
(Careful, it burns easy!)
