Broken cobs in water for 30 minutes.
Remove from heat. Strain liquid.
Enough water to make 3 cups. Add pectin. Bring to a rolling boil.
Add sugar and boil for 2 or 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
