Corn Casserole
Corn Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 1 small onion, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. cooked rice and 1 (15 oz.) can cream-style corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt butter in skillet and cook onion until clear.
Add soup and cook for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and add rice and corn, one at a time, mixing well.
Add Cheez Whiz last and mix well. Cook in oven in casserole dish uncovered for 30 minutes at 350Β°.
