Preheat oven to 400Β°. Oil iron Pyrex.
Combine the corn meal and flour in a large bowl.
Mix the milk, butter and eggs in medium-size bowl.
Stir the milk mixture into the corn meal mixture just until moistened.
Pour batter into the prepared pan.
Bake until golden brown, 35 to 40 minutes or until firm.
Let cool, then turn out on plate.
