Corn Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. yellow cornmeal, 3/4 c. all-purpose flour, 1/4 c. granulated sugar, 4 tsp. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine with the wet mixture and mix together well.
Pour into two large greased loaf pans. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour.
Remove from pans and place on wire rack to cool.
May be served warm or cold.
