Corn Bread
Corn Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. sugar and 1 1/4 c. yellow cornmeal, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Sift flour with baking soda, salt and sugar.
Stir in cornmeal.
Combine eggs, vinegar, milk and oil.
Add to dry ingredients and stir until they are just moistened.
Turn into greased and floured 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
Bake in 400Β° oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
