Continental Chicken
Continental Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast pieces, 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/4 c. fresh shredded parmesan cheese and 1 c. white wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Marinate chicken in the white wine at least 2 hours or as long as overnight.
Remove chicken from marinade; broil 5 minutes on each side.
Place chicken in lightly greased baking dish so each piece lies flat.
Mix Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
Top each piece with cheese mixture.
Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes at 350Β°.
