Connie'S Mini Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine (not butter), 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 c. flour, 2 tsp. minced onion and 1/2 c. grated cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Soften cream cheese and mix with margarine and flour.

Roll into a ball and divide into 24 small balls for very small muffin tins and 18 for small 2-inch tins.

Place each ball in tin and flatten to shape.

In each cup put layer of onion, meat filler and cheese.

At this point, they may be refrigerated or frozen. Just before serving, fill each cup with mixture of egg and milk beaten together. Sprinkle top with paprika.

Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then bake at 350° for 10 minutes more or until top is brown.

Serve hot.
