Company Potato Bake
Company Potato Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 idaho potatoes (medium size), 2 c. cheddar cheese, grated, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream and 1/2 c. onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Boil potatoes and peel when cool.
Coarsely grate peeled potatoes.
In saucepan, melt cheese and butter over low heat; do not overheat.
Remove pan from heat; stir in sour cream, onion, green pepper and salt.
Pour sauce over potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch buttered baking dish.
Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours. Bake in a 350Β° oven for 30 minutes.
