Collard Greens
Collard Greens is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. collard greens, 1 c. vegetable oil, 1 tsp. sugar, 1 or 2 ham hocks and 1 tbsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Wash greens and cut them.
Place ham hocks in boiler with about 1 quart of water and let boil about 30 minutes.
Then add oil, salt and sugar.
Add greens and cook over medium heat.
Stir about every 10 minutes and cook until tender.
