Coconut Fingers is an easy dinner. Made with 6 slices white or whole wheat light bread, 1 can sweetened condensed milk and 1 1/2 c. moist shredded coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cut and quarter each slice into 4 pieces.
Dip strips into condensed milk.
Cover all sides and roll in coconut.
Place on a greased cookie sheet.
