Coconut Cream Pie
Coconut Cream Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. flour, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 3/4 c. milk, 3 tbsp. cornstarch and 3 egg yolks, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix first 5 ingredients and cook over medium heat until thick. Remove from stove and add oleo or butter, coconut and vanilla flavoring.
Stir well, then pour into 8 or 9-inch baked pie shell (crust).
Top with beaten egg whites saved from egg yolks. Sprinkle coconut on top.
Brown in 350Β° oven.
