Β°. Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan. Cream the butter, shortening and cream cheese together in large bowl.
Gradually add sugar, beating at medium speed, until light and fluffy.
Stir in coconut flavoring and vanilla extract.
Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine flour, salt and baking powder and add to the butter. Stir just until blended.
Fold in coconut.
