Coconut-Almond Butter Cookies
Coconut-Almond Butter Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. unsalted butter or margarine, 1 1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp. almond extract, 1 c. flaked coconut and 2 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In large mixer bowl, cream butter or margarine and 1 cup powdered sugar until fluffy.
Add coconut and extract.
Gradually mix in flour; stir in nuts.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in 325Β° oven for 15 to 17 minutes. Place on rack.
Combine remaining sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle over warm cookies.
