Cocoa Clouds is an easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites (room temperature), 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar, 1/8 tsp. salt, 1 c. superfine sugar and 1/4 c. cocoa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Beat egg whites and cream of tartar and salt until foamy. Beat in sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, until stiff peaks form. Fold in cocoa.
Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto brown paper lined cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated 275Β° oven for 20 minutes. Makes 84 cookies, 10 calories each.
