Classic Sour Cream Cheese Cake
Classic Sour Cream Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Combine crumbs and margarine.
Press firmly on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Beat in eggs, then sour cream and vanilla.
Pour into pan and bake at 350Β° for 50 to 55 minutes or until lightly brown around edge. Cool, then chill.
Top with cherry filling and refrigerate.
