Clam Sauce
Clam Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, 1 clove garlic, minced, 2 tbsp. flour, 3/4 c. half and half and 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can minced clams, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt butter and garlic in saucepan over moderate heat.
Stir in flour.
Slowly blend in half and half, stirring constantly. Cook, stirring, until sauce boils and thickens.
Add undrained clams, brandy and all remaining ingredients.
Heat just to boiling.
Serve over hot buttered spaghetti.
