Clam Chowder
Clam Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams, 1 c. chopped onion, 1 c. celery, finely diced, 2 c. carrots, diced and 2 c. potatoes, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Drain clam juice and pour over vegetables.
Add water to cover.
Simmer 20 minutes or until tender.
Melt butter; add flour and blend.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Add half and half.
Cook until smooth; add clams and seasonings.
Put together with vegetables. Serves 8 to 10.
