Clam Chowder
Clam Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. chopped onion, 2 celery sticks, cut up, 6 medium potatoes, diced, 1 tbsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. m.s.g. (monosodium glutamate), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In another saucepan, melt butter.
Add flour, stirring constantly with wire whisk, over medium-high heat.
Add 1 quart half and half and stir until mixture is thick and smooth.
Add potato mixture.
Place in crock-pot and add half and half, cup regular milk and simmer for at least 2 hours.
