Clam Casserole
Clam Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 cans clams, minced, save juice, 3 sleeves ritz crackers, crushed, 3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs, 1 stick margarine and 1 large onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Strain clams and save the juice.
Saute onion and parsley in margarine until slightly softened.
In large casserole combine strained clams, bread crumbs, onion mixture and Ritz crackers.
In measuring cup put saved clam juice and add milk until you have 2 1/4 cups of liquid.
Pour this mixture into casserole with other ingredients.
Bake at 350Β° for about 45 minutes, uncovered.
