Cinnamon Rolls
Cinnamon Rolls is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. lukewarm water, 5 c. sifted self-rising flour, 1/4 c. white sugar, 1 yeast cake and 1/2 c. shortening, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cut shortening into flour and sugar. Dissolve yeast cake in water and mix into flour mixture.
Set in greased bowl for 1 hour. Knead well and roll out. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Roll up and cut into 1/4 to 1/2-inch rolls.
Let set overnight at room temperature.
Bake at 400Β° for 10 to 15 minutes and frost with confectioners sugar frosting.
