Cinnamon Rolls
Cinnamon Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. dry yeast, 1/2 c. warm water, 1 1/2 c. lukewarm milk, 1/2 c. sugar and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In large mixing bowl soften yeast in warm water.
Stir in milk, 1/2 cup sugar, salt, eggs, shortening and half of flour. Mix until smooth.
Add enough of remaining flour to handle easily; mix with hands.
Turn onto lightly floured board; knead until smooth and elastic (about 5 minutes).
Round up in greased bowl, greased side up.
Cover and let rise in warm place (85Β°) until double (about 1 1/2 hours).
Punch down; let rise again until double (about 30 minutes).
Divide dough in half.
