Cinnamon Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. water, 1/2 c. margarine, 5 1/2 to 6 c. flour, 2 pkg. active dry yeast and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Heat water and margarine to 120Β°.

In a large bowl combine 3 cups of flour, yeast, sugar, salt, dry milk, eggs and warm water mixture.

Mix well.

Gradually add enough remaining flour to form a moderately stiff dough. Turn out onto floured board and knead for about 10 minutes until "blisters" form on dough, adding only enough flour to keep dough from sticking to board.

Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top.

Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 30 minutes.

Punch dough down and make into cinnamon rolls.
