Cinnamon Blintzes
Cinnamon Blintzes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 loaves fresh white bread, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 2 egg yolks, 1/2 c. sugar and 1 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Trim bread and roll out until thin.
Cream the cream cheese, egg yolks and sugar.
Spread thinly on the bread.
Roll up.
Melt butter.
In separate bowl mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
Dip rolls first in butter then in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Place close together on cookie sheet.
Freeze.
Remove from freezer and slice each roll in half.
Put in oven straight from freezer on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes 8 dozen.
