Chopped Apple Spice Cake
Chopped Apple Spice Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 c. chopped apples (not too fine), 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 1/4 c. vegetable oil, 2 eggs and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine oil, eggs and sugar; beat well.
Set aside.
Combine flour, baking soda, nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice, salt and baking powder.
Sift again.
Add dry ingredients to oil-egg-sugar mixture, beating well after each addition.
Mixture will seem very stiff. Add vanilla extract.
Fold in apples and pecans.
Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 350Β° for 55 to 60 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream topping.
