Chop Suey
Chop Suey is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. pork tenderloin, 1/2 c. fat, 1 c. onions, 2 c. celery and 1 can bean sprouts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Bones off a turkey or chicken carcass.
Pick off meat.
Add salt, pepper and sage to taste to the broth. Stir in cornmeal until thick (very thick). Pour in a buttered loaf pan. Put in freezer until hard enough to slice.
Slice off as needed. Roll in flour and fry until brown.
Serve for breakfast, lunch or dinner in place of meat.
