Chop Suey
Chop Suey is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken or 2 cooked pork chops, 3 tbsp. oil, 2 medium onions, 4 celery stalks and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Saute onions and celery in large frypan or wok in oil.
Add 1 cup water and salt.
Cover and boil for 4 minutes.
Mix together the sugar, cornstarch, soy sauce and 4 tablespoons water.
Add to mixture in pan with bean sprouts.
Add pork or chicken and simmer about 20 minutes.
Serve with chow mein noodles.
