Chop Suey
Chop Suey is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. pork, diced, 3/4 lb. veal or 2 chicken breasts, diced, 1/2 lb. beef, diced, 6 tbsp. soy sauce and 1 c. water (more if needed), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown meat in oil.
Add soy sauce and water.
Simmer 2 minutes. Add celery and onion and simmer 1 1/2 hours.
Will need 1 cup water to thicken.
Blend cornstarch and water to thicken and add remaining ingredients.
Heat thoroughly.
Serve with rice or chow mein noodles.
