Chop Suey
Chop Suey is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. chop suey meat, 1/2 bottle bead molasses, water, 1 large stalk celery and 3 large onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Brown meat; cover and braise until tender.
Put in large kettle with molasses and rinse jar with water for liquid.
Add chopped celery and onions.
Slowly cook, covered, for 1 hour. Season to taste, stirring often.
Add drained vegetables.
Fifteen minutes before serving, add cornstarch mixed with 1/2 cup water. Serve with rice and/or chow mein noodles.
