Chop Suey
Chop Suey is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. pork tenderloin, cut in thin strips, 1/2 c. sliced onion, 1 c. celery, sliced thin, 1 beef bouillon cube and 1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook pork in hot oil until brown.
Add onion, celery and green pepper.
Cook 4 to 5 minutes.
Combine cornstarch with a little water, then stir in remaining water and bouillon cube.
Add to vegetable mixture.
Cook until just thick.
Add bean sprouts, water chestnuts and soy sauce.
Serve with rice.
Garnish with toasted almonds, if desired.
