Chocolate Zucchini Cake
Chocolate Zucchini Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. oleo, 1/2 c. oil, 1 3/4 c. sugar, 2 eggs and 1 tbsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dice zucchini; blend oil and zucchini in blender.
In bowl, cream oleo and sugar.
Add zucchini and oil, eggs and vanilla. Add sifted dry ingredients and sour milk alternately.
Pour into greased, floured pan, 9 x 13-inch or 2 loaf pans.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
Frost or use powdered sugar or serve plain.
Freezes well.
