Chocolate Zucchini Bread
Chocolate Zucchini Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, 1/2 c. vegetable oil, 1 3/4 c. sugar, 2 eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cream margarine, oil and sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk.
Mix together all dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
Beat well.
Stir in zucchini.
Spoon batter into a greased and floured 9 x 12-inch pan.
Sprinkle top with chocolate chips.
Bake at 325Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
I bake these in small loaf pans for same amount of time.
They freeze well and make great holiday gifts.
