Chocolate Truffle Cookies
Chocolate Truffle Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened, 2 1/4 c. powdered sugar, 1/3 c. baking cocoa, 1/4 c. sour cream and 1 tbsp. vanilla extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In a mixing bowl, cream butter, sugar and cocoa until light and fluffy.
Beat in sour cream and vanilla.
Add flour and mix well.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Refrigerate for an hour or so.
Roll into 1-inch balls.
Dip in the chocolate sprinkles.
Place, sprinkles side up, 2-inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake in 325Β° oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
Cool before removing from pan.
