Chocolate Toffee Cheesecake

Heat oven to 350°. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl until well-blended.
Add eggs and vanilla and beat well.
Stir in 1 2/3 c. chip mixture.
Pour into crust(s).
Bake 10 minutes, reduce heat to 250° and continue baking for 30 minutes or until set.
Do not open oven door in between temperature change.
Cool on wire rack and then refrigerate until completely chilled.
