Chocolate Pie
Chocolate Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. cocoa, 3 tbsp. flour, 1/4 tsp. salt and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix dry ingredients with milk and cook until thick.
Beat egg yolks until stiff and add to mixture (save the egg whites for the meringue).
Cook about 1 minute longer.
Add butter and vanilla. Stir well.
Remove from heat and pour into a baked pie shell. Cover pie with meringue and bake at 350Β° until the tips of the meringue turn brown.
Let cool and serve.
