Chocolate Pecan Pie
Chocolate Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 (1 oz. each) sq. semi-sweet chocolate, 1/2 c. butter/margarine, 4 large eggs, 1 c. light corn syrup and 2/3 c. light molasses, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In medium saucepan, melt chocolate and butter; cool slightly.
In medium bowl, with rotary beater, combine syrup, sugar, molasses, bourbon and salt.
Well mixed; stir in chocolate mixture and chopped pecans.
Into prepared pie shell. Arrange pecan halves on top of pie.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until filling is set center when pie is shaken gently. Cool completely on wire rack, about three hours.
Garnish with whipped cream and additional pecan halves, if desired.
Makes 10 servings.
