Chocolate-Nut-Zucchini Cake
Chocolate-Nut-Zucchini Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 sq. unsweetened chocolate, 3 c. unsifted flour, 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. baking soda and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Melt chocolate in double boiler.
Let cool; grease well 10-inch tube pan.
Sift dry ingredients together. Set aside.
At high speed in large bowl of mixer, beat eggs until thick; add sugar; beat well.
Add salad oil and cooled chocolate; beat well.
At low speed, add dry ingredients; mix until smooth. Add zucchini and nuts with wooden spoon; stir well.
Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Cool in pan on wire rack 15 minutes before removing from pan.
Cool thoroughly.
