Chocolate Mousse
Chocolate Mousse is an easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 pt. heavy cream, 3/4 bag chocolate chips (12 oz. bag) and 3 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Separate eggs.
Beat egg whites and heavy cream separately. Melt chocolate in microwave.
Beat egg yolks with 2 tablespoons of water.
Slowly add sugar and beat until creamy.
Add melted chocolate and immediately fold in cream, then the stiff egg whites.
Place in refrigerator.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
