Chocolate Meringue Kisses(Cookies) is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. egg whites, 1 1/4 c. sugar, 1 (6 oz.) bag chocolate chips, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Beat egg whites until frothy.
Gradually beat in a little at a time all of the sugar and a pinch of salt.
Beat until very stiff and glossy.
Stir in vanilla and chips.
Drop heaping teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart, on ungreased wrapping paper on baking sheet.
Bake at 325Β° for 20 minutes, until delicately brown.
Cool slightly.
