Chocolate Ganache
Chocolate Ganache is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. heavy cream and 10 oz. semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate, chopped (2 c.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Gently warm the cream in a small saucepan over medium heat until small bubbles begin to appear at the edges.
Remove from heat.
