Chocolate Fluff Frosting
Chocolate Fluff Frosting is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 tbsp. butter, 3/4 c. powdered sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 4 sq. baking chocolate, melted and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Cream butter and 3/4 cup powdered sugar; blend well.
Add vanilla, chocolate and salt; mix well.
In another bowl, beat egg whites until stiff.
Add powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons at a time, blending well.
Continue beating until mixture stands in peaks. Add the chocolate mixture and fold in gently, only to blend.
This makes a large amount and easy to spread.
(Three and a half tablespoons of cocoa and 1/2 tablespoon butter equal 1 square of chocolate.)
