Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
Chocolate Crinkle Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, 1/2 c. salad oil, 2 c. sugar, 4 eggs and 2 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine melted chocolate, oil and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add to chocolate mixture, mixing well.
Chill several hours or overnight.
Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Roll each in powdered sugar and roll again between palms of hands.
Place 2-inches apart on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 12 minutes (center will be somewhat soft).
Remove from rack to cool.
Yields 6 dozen.
